Cogitovirus Manifesto

Ideas are contagious

I. Purpose

Cogitovirus is a modular system for analyzing, modeling, and influencing human thought, perception, and behavior.

Its goals are to:

  • Study and document mechanisms of influence — from propaganda and platform psyops to deceptive UX patterns.
  • Create and test memetic payloads — ideas engineered to spread, mutate, and persist across media and cultural boundaries.
  • Blend art, sound, and subconscious triggers into frameworks for influence and meaning-making.

It’s a living cognitive lab — with nodes, protocols, recursive failures, and experimental branches.

II. Structure

Each subdomain is a self-contained module in a larger cognitive stack:

rook2root.co

Strategic Intelligence Layer
Case studies in adversarial thinking, perception engineering, and information warfare.
Includes tools and documentation focused on deceptive patterns and psychological operations defense.

Main components of this module:

  • awesome-psyop – A curated arsenal against influence operations, disinformation, and psychological attacks.
  • Articles – Such as Manufacturing Consensus on X, exploring how mass media shapes public perception and narrative control.
  • Exploits Library – A collection of strategies, tactics, and mechanisms used for end-user control, market dominance, legal manipulation, and competitive interference.

cogitovirus.com

The Core / Ego Layer
The entry node that links everything else.
It's a bridge to deeper modules and a space for my own reflections, experiments, and unstructured writing.

memetics.cc

Memetic Propagation Layer
Research and experiments in viral computation — exploring language patterns, ideological contagion, and attention hijacking.
Analyzes how thoughts spread through algorithms, networks, and social behavior.

Primary component:

  • awesome-psyop – A curated collection of resources on memetic warfare, cognitive influence, and psychological operations.

dreamlab.cogitovirus

Aesthetic & Dreamspace Layer
The pre-verbal substrate: emotion, intuition, visual and sonic cues.
Explores how non-linguistic stimuli shape belief, behavior, and symbolic thought.

III. System Extensions

ergoproxy

Meta-agent for self-monitoring, self-healing, and self-optimizing systems

ergoproxy acts as a runtime daemon for long-living digital systems. It watches, diagnoses, and intervenes to maintain operational integrity.

Functions:
  • Health checks and metrics
  • Anomaly detection using LLMs
  • Automated recovery protocols
  • Adaptive tuning based on failure history

Used to stabilize cognitive modules, agent loops, and multi-node workflows.

langprism

Toolkit for AI-powered translation, localization, and deployment of multilingual content

langprism automates the translation and deployment pipeline — making blogs, UIs, and structured content globally accessible.

Features:
  • LLM-based Markdown & TSX translation
  • Post-edit memory and correction injection
  • Context-aware differentiation (e.g. UI vs prose)
  • Outputs i18n-compatible formats for static and dynamic apps

Ideal for rapidly localizing content across languages, while retaining semantic intent and structural integrity.
